Everybody Solar’s Giving Tuesday Campaign
I created coordinated social media campaigns across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to help the nonprofit Everybody Solar reach its end-of-the-year fundraising goals in 2019.
Project Overview
As a volunteer for Everybody Solar, I created a coordinated social media strategy to help them promote their end-of-the-year campaigns. Everybody solar does not have a huge following so a major goal of mine was to expand the nonprofit’s reach and engagement. I was able to do this by creating engaging graphics and posts to help catch the eye of potential donors.
With the help of my strategy, the nonprofit was able to double its Giving Tuesday goal by raising more than $6,000 in one day.
The nonprofit had limited photos to use for posting, so a big part of my job was creating graphics to correspond with the text. You can see a few examples of this below. They also wanted their brand colors and logo to be consistently used throughout the campaign, you can see I incorporated them often. This is a collection of Facebook posts I was responsible for, but I also posted on Instagram and Twitter.
